Our Story of
Success
Durham Catering focuses on premium quality food and service in all aspects of hospitality.
After 30 years in hospitality from beginnings at the five-star Turnberry resort in Ayrshire and a period of front of house management for the swallow hotel group including opening their five star Birmingham hotel, Janet Coghlan has since focused on her own business, initially at the highly rated Manor House restaurant with rooms near Sheffield and opening Coghlans Cookery School in 2002.
